We Are a Global Youth Movement working to achieve The Full
Implementation of the UN’s Treaty on the Prohibition of
Nuclear Weapons.
As a community, we are committed to the complete abolition of nuclear weapons, fostering constructive dialogue between nations and youth, and amplifying the voices of those already impacted by nuclear weapons. We operate as an independent organization, with the support of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN).
Youth MSP 2025
We’re organizing a global event to bring the voices and perspectives of young people with regards to the treaties on abolition. The event will take place in New York City and online in March, 2025, running alongside the Third Meeting of States Parties at the UN headquarters.
The Principles That Guide Our Movement
- We trust in youth to lead peace. We champion youth representation and intergenerational dialogue in every space where peace is made.
-
We’re inclusive: everyone is welcome, and everyone owns the movement. Our community is accessible and open, and we value difference.
-
We are collaborative: we seek links with other organisations, people, and groups, and we are open to new ideas and ways of working.
- We’re convinced of the need for the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, and taking action to pursue its implementation globally.
- We work to platform marginalised voices and communities, and keep them at the heart of our movement.
- We are a community: we take care of ourselves and each other, and we learn from everyone else.
